Refund policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy is designed to honor your commitment, my time, and the energetic preparation required for healing and coaching work.

For Individual Sessions Payments for individual sessions are non refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions or same day cancellations are counted as completed sessions.

For Classes, Workshops, and Events Once you reserve your slot and payment is confirmed, refunds are generally not offered. You may request to transfer your slot to another date or person up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

For Courses and Programs All payments for courses, online programs, or certifications are non refundable. If a payment plan is selected, all installments must be completed. Session Cancellations by Sarah If I need to cancel or reschedule due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date. Late Arrivals

To honor all clients, sessions end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
