Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of a relationship with energy that is gentle, safe, and deeply empowering. This is where intuition becomes embodied, and where healing becomes practical rather than abstract.
On January 24, 2026, I am opening a full day sacred training space for those who feel called to reconnect with their natural healing capacity and deepen their relationship with self, energy, and service.
This training is for those who want clarity instead of confusion, grounding instead of overwhelm, and trust instead of self doubt. It is for those who know they are here to serve, and want to do so from stability, integrity, and nervous system safety.
In this one day immersion, you will:
• Learn the foundations of Reiki and energy healing
• Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement
• Understand how energy flows through the body and nervous system
• Practice hands on Reiki for yourself and others
• Build a daily self healing ritual you can carry into your life
• Open your intuitive sensitivity in a safe and grounded way
The next six months of 2026 are a threshold. They mark a time when many are being called into greater clarity, leadership, and alignment. Let this Reiki class be your way of returning home to what has always been true inside you.
