A 4 Week Journey Into Self Healing, Energy Awareness and Inner Trust

If you are a healer, coach, teacher, caregiver, or sensitive soul who feels energy deeply but sometimes doubts your own knowing, Reiki can become a bridge between intuition and embodiment.
It offers a grounded way to work with energy, return to yourself, and build a healing practice you can actually bring into everyday life.
This Reiki Healing Level 1 experience is not only a one day class.
It is a four week guided journey designed to help you receive Reiki, integrate the attunement, practice consistently, ask questions, and gradually strengthen your trust in what you are sensing.
Your 4 Week Journey
Week 1: In Person Reiki Level 1 Immersion and Attunement

During our in person immersion, you will:
• Learn the foundations and principles of Reiki healing
• Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement
• Understand how energy moves through the body
• Learn Reiki hand positions and foundational techniques
• Practice Reiki for yourself and with others
• Begin developing greater sensitivity to energy
• Create a simple self Reiki practice you can bring into daily life
• Explore intuition from a grounded and embodied place
The attunement opens the door.
The weeks that follow help you learn how to walk through it.
Weeks 2 to 4: Online Integration Sessions
After the in person training, we will meet online once a week for three one hour integration sessions.
These sessions give you space to practice what you have learned while receiving continued guidance and support.
Together, we will explore your experiences with Reiki, answer questions that arise after the attunement, deepen your self healing practice, and help you become more comfortable trusting your own energetic awareness.
You will have space to reflect on questions such as:
What am I actually sensing?
What changes when I practice Reiki regularly?
How do I distinguish intuition from fear or overthinking?
How can Reiki become part of the way I care for myself?
How can I work with energy without becoming overwhelmed by it?
You do not need to understand everything on the first day.
You are allowed to learn through experience.

This journey is facilitated by Sarah Salcedo, Reiki Master Teacher, Soul Guidance Coach, Seraphim Blueprint Trainer, ICF certified transformational and executive coach, yoga and meditation instructor, and trauma informed practitioner.
Sarah’s approach to Reiki is spiritual yet grounded, integrating energy awareness with embodiment, self inquiry, nervous system awareness, and practical self healing.
The intention is not to tell you what to feel.
It is to help you develop enough presence and trust to recognize what is already arising within you.
